"I been getting them really badly. Who else suffers from them? Any way of getting rid of them?
As us single people haven't had sex for nearly 3 months. "
I buy acneside cream for my son (his acene caused by hormones) was really bad and this is the only thing that works |

Tea Tree Oil.
Dab a bit on a cotton bud and put it on the spot(s).
Helps them dry up.
Also clay face masks are AWESOME. There are loads about but I use Body Shop because they are ethical and natural.
Don't forget to moisturise as well, alot of people think that keeping their skin dry will help but it's the opposite. Sheet masks are good for moisture if you don't want to use an actual moisturiser. Aloe Vera ones are good. Hope this helps. I get acne too, at 37 it's a bit unfair. Also LOTS of water too. |

I recently bought some acne patches for my daughter, they work best on the bigger spots that haven't fully got a white head yet.
For myself, I purchased a few products that have helped, micellar water, a superdrug serum and an Avon moisturiser, all of the products have made a huge difference to my skin.
Sudocrem also works but not regularly as it blocks pores. |

Ooh. I forgot the patches. I also use them and they are great for individual spots. Stay on overnight as well so in the morning spot BE GONE! |

My friend has just suggested a product called FaceItTea.
Tea bags with all kinds of natural goodness and pink clay for blemishes. I've just ordered some for myself. Might be worth a try too? |

Mine i think is hormone imbalance, stress, too much sugar lately and not enough drinking of water. Plus i have to wear a mask at work for long periods of time |
