OK icky question but does anyone do any anal prep before an anal session?

Yes, and another good tip is to start preparing days in advance, stop eating chocolate and reduce your intake to minimal 48 hours before the meet , and douche twice on the day if you can., mwah, xxx  |

I use one of those probe things that attach to the shower hose. Sit on edge of bath and insert, on my water flow I leave it in for 10 seconds. Stand up, wait a minute or two then sit on toilet and evacuate. Repeat. Very easy and clean.
I do this a couple of hours before I shower for the meet so I can make sure any additional evacuation can take place before I shower..... |

Is it really worth all the prep to get a cock up your ass??
It may sound a flippant question, but actually it's genuine.
Seams alot of work and mess, when the front is already preped.
