I've been taking this for years and you need to take an androgen such as saw palmetto to reduce testosterone.Initial effects are good but don't expect anything too dramatic.Genetic women have more breast tissue so unless you have implants your breast growth with herbal capsules will be minimal.Nipples will be more sensitive.Simple answer is to try them.A much safer alternative to HRT.
