My darling sub was wonderfully challenged by being told to write a 1000-word account of her beautiful feet without using the letter 'e' at all.
She did very well, and squirmed beautifully throughout. Having to focus on what I might have been doing to them did her no end of good.

A photo, on the hour every hour for a set amount of time.
Asking permission before everyday tasks (eg using the toilet, eating, wanking).
5 mins (or however long) meditation thinking of what their submission to you means to them. |

If they unfit get them to sign up for couch to 5k and take their phone with a GPS logging app to show they did it and their times.
