Visibility, makes a once seen aberration in personality traits within Men (but not Women) more acceptable to society in general.
It’s not that more men are crossdressing, social media is just ensuring it’s getting a bigger audience. So more acceptable |

"Hi I love to dress up, but never get the the house to myself, could someone explain to me the difference between TV/TS/and tygirl"
Tv is somebody who is still m but likes to dress up as a FM whereas a TS is somebody who has had surgery to completely or partly change from 1 sex to other and I think a T girl is basically same as a TS but dont yell at me if im wrong |

Go into 90% of clothing stores and the womens section is HUGE in comparison to the mens.
Women get a much better share of style and materials.
I would LOVE to walk about wearing tights, heels and a short skirt but its just not socially accepted... yet |

I would disagree there. I have been out dressed many times both at night and shopping in the day. When out shopping, whilst yes I attract the odd double take or smile, I have only ever been treated the same as any other woman, and (touch wood) have never had any abuse.
However in the grand scheme of LGBT social
Acceptance, I would agree that the ‘T’ bit of that isn’t as accepted as the ‘LGB’ bit - possibly yet

Cross dressing started off as my stress relief however we now regularly include it in our sex games.
I think society is becoming slightly more tolerant and in London nobody gives you a second look. |

Interesting... I too find it a way of relieving stress. I don't really understand why - but perhaps it is as simple as taking another character is like a holiday from the mundane and stress of vanilla life. |

"More and more males are xdressing or is it my imagination?
Men i know tried cross dressing and loved it... I think every man should try it "
It's readily apparent from your posts you're very open minded, but sadly many are not.
Most TVs on this site cannot host; a common theme in those I speak to is their partners don't know, or aren't accepting. Sad really, you only get one life to enjoy. |

I'm a TV and try to look my best when dressed, it gives me a sense of freedom when I go out at night.
Although makeup isn't my strong point, I think hard about what to wear and how to wear it. I walk as a woman and try to keep thoes femanine distinctions to the front.
If you ever wonder what it feels like then just try it, it dosnt make you a bad person.! |

I've been cross dressing since I was 12 and when I told my fiance, later my wife of 50 years, that I cross dressed she was really supportive of Kate, she understood how calming it was for me and we enjoyed lots of relaxed fun |

There is a huge spectrum of people- from fully transgender M-t-F and F-t-M, or those who identify as non binary, all the way down to people who simply wear clothing because it feels good. If you aren't hurting anyone else and looking after yourself, why not?
Gone are the days of Section 28 and increasing mainstream acceptance of non-gender conforming and LGBT+ people is well and truly here. And about time too.

I don't know if there are any more of us girls than before but it's lovely to transform into a girl, enjoy being feminine and all that goes with it.
Ladies clothes are designed to look and feel sexy so, if more guys are trying on silky lingerie and nylons, good for them.
It's lovely! XXX |

I'm pre-op and live as a fulltine female so consider myself Tv, I agree Ts are post-op and my opinion is Cd are guys who enjoy dressing without prep which is fine. Again dont yell if you think I'm wrong, Just my humble opinion |
