Vagina tightness
Jump to: Newest in thread
Really not sure how to start this thread but here goes.
Mrs has started really struggling to use her larger dildo for past few months, she has suddenly found it very painful to insert it.
A dildo which she has used extensively for a few years now.
She had found over the past year that she's struggling with bigger guy's now.
We recently purchased a new toy which is girthy but this one is very pliable and soft has alot of give with the hope to eliminate any pain, however this hasn't helped.
Question is have any other women had this issue with a seemingly change in causing vagina to tighten?
I don't think it's vaginismus as she's fine with "smaller toy's and gent's"
But she enjoys deep penetration .
Seems to be the helmet that causes most of the issue.
Anyone else ever had this? |

I have found sex more uncomfortable since starting the menoupause. Lubrication isn't an issue, that bit is still working fine but the penetration part just seems to be a bit uncomfortable these days.

Dr told me that the females tend to get drier down below during the menopause which can cause urine infections. She recommended drinking cranberry juice to help this. Cranberry tablets are also available. |

Wow cheers for all your replies didn't think we would get any.
Poor women have really been dealt with the crappy end up the shit stick.
Puberty followed by start of periods, followed by 30-40 years of these, childbirth have your foo foo ripped asunder by the little darlings, then once you think everything is ok fucking menopause comes along and fucks you over again.
All is guy's have to deal with is
Unwanted erections, premature ejaculations, maybe erectile dysfunction and sagging balls as we get older.
On the plus side women have boobies |

Is it more the case mind over matter and not spending enough time warming up. I'm tight and petite. Men think i can't take big cocks but with plenty of foreplay it's similar to slipping in a 6 inch |

It could be her subconcious telling her it is going to be painful, you mentioned, she had struggled with bigger guys in the last year, this could be a continuation of that.
We would suggest she avoids larger sizes for a while and concentrates on the ones she enjoys for at least 6 months. It is very similar to men who wank a lot then find they cannot cum through intercourse. |

It really isn't mind over matter. It's very definitely physiological did to changes in hormone levels causing thinning of the vaginal walls. |

I know it’s not for everyone but starting HRT three years ago was a godsend for me. End of hot flushes, dryness and best of all my sex drive went into orbit.
Long may it last!

Maybe this is a great time to experiment a bit more with foreplay and concentrate less on penetrative sex.. It could end up a lot of fun, finding something different you haven't tried before. |

Try collagen tablets. I've gone on them for a different reason, fortunately I'm not having any issues down below. However I read that collagen helps menopausal women with the elasticity of their vaginas. |

As a vaginismus sufferer, I can fully sympathize. You really, really want that huge cock, but the moment it goes past the outer orbit it suddenly becomes painful, even if you're wet as fuck.
One technique: after plenty of foreplay, try insertion slowly, a couple of centimetres at a time WHILST YOU BREATHE IN. The breathing in is a technique suggested by some nurses when doing a smear with the more nervous lady. It's recommended by experts working with ladies who have vaginismus - worth a try? Works for me x |

I've had issues with this my entire sexually active life. I was always told it was basically in my head or that there wasn't enough foreplay which wasn't the case. I was diagnosed with endometriosis a few years ago and when told this can often cause pelvic floor dysfunction, suddenly everything made sense. Basically regularly experiencing pelvic pain has made my pelvic floor muscles tense. I very often find that the first minute or so of penetration is uncomfortable and eventually my vaginal muscles relax and then it's enjoyable. Lots of foreplay does help but doesn't solve the problem. Having an orgasm prior to penetration helps. As does being relaxed and using lots of lube. I don't think I'll ever be a big fan of girth though as smaller is just easier and less likely to cause me pain. |

Speak to your GP you may benefit from HRT. |

For the first couple of years of our swinging journey we were soft swing only so we had plenty of foreplay. |

My gp won't give me hrt as it will increase my chances of ovarian cancer due to my endometriosis. |

Your GP might feel that HRT pessaries are suitable for you as they don't have the problems that HRT in tablet form has. Worth asking anyway. |

Have you tried something like vagisan? What we women aren't told very often is the importance of moisturising the inside and outside of our genitals. Hope you find a solution. |
