Sadly a lot guys you invite will not turn up. They will have bullshit excuses like their mum is sick, the cat died, their car has a flat and they don't have a spare tire, etc.
If you want 4 guys invite 8, if you want 7 guys invite 14, etc.
To try and minimise no shows look for guys who have been to a gangbang before. I have been to gangbangs where some guys who have actually showed up left because the couldn't preform in front of others. They got naked then got dressed and left. Some left before getting naked.

if clubs are open at the time that you want to do it, it could be worth you getting in touch with a club, they might be able to arrange everything there for you on a night they are open, that saves you having to invite people, finding a safe space etc |

I'd say opt for a club, apart from the reasons that everyone else has given hotels generally hate gangbangs.
The first wiff of a gangbang in the hotel they will kick you out. So you could be a few drinks deep with no where to sleep for the evening |

set up and arange a few of these and can advise dont ask unverified men or empty profiles as they tend to let u down,also anyone serios wont mind giving u their number to arange it,its more personal by tex and easier to keep track,as for hotels tell them the room number and to walk straight past reception upto room as if there in the hotel themselves,ur door should be wedged open slightly so any coridore cctv doesnt pick them up knocking and waiting at ur door |

I’d suggest either take extra towels or get them from the hotel... ask the guys/gals joining you to take a very quick shower before they join you
Have plenty of condoms in the room.

Having been to a few, most awesome, once a disaster. As other posters have said, invite more than you think, I turned up for one where the couple were expecting 29, they got 2! Be clear what’s on the ‘menu’ beforehand. Don’t be afraid to tell people who: don’t look as their pics/stink/d*unk up to piss off immediately.
Oh and if you’re doing it with your other half, make sure he genuinely wants to see it! |

Do a social in a pub near to where you are holding the GB.
It gives you a chance to meet the guys in a non play environment.
Then get contact details to invite the ones who show up to the social and the ones who understand what a bar of soap is used for.

Now thing is a lot of men on here don’t show on the day.......sadly I know as my friend here quite a lot have tried this and most do not show. Obvs you can try and see but going to a club is a good idea |

First would be to have met each separately before and had sex with each one. So this reduces the no shows as you have already done the deed so fantasists never got to waste your time.
After that it would become easier to sort genuine people. |

Like others have said clubs are the best setting for a first time. It takes a lot of planning if you do a hotel meet and people will always let you down last minute. Most clubs hold greedy girl events of Milf events that have enough guys that are comfortable to perform in front of others.
