Have a decent profile and a few decent public pics.
Send a decent, polite message that shows you've read their profile.
Read their profile.
Only message those who genuinely seem like they might be interested in you.
Don't just ask how they are or how they're finding fab, we get asked that 2075414 times a day.

Some good advice given on here. Ignore the other vacuous responses from the men who are (humbly) doing rather well but can only muster unhelpful advice.

Adjust your age range to something more realistic (18-99?) otherwise it just shows apathy. Get rid of the ubiquitous cock photos and add some more narrative in your profile description; they currently look like a few 'blag one-liners'.
