For me it'd be a face picture if possible, or in a suit.
I also like more candid shots, like when men have photos of themselves outside on walks or similar, nothing seedy, it just shows a bit of who they are.
I don't mind a well done torso shot in jeans either.

Ultimately I'm partial to a face pic. I'd like to see from a man as I would if I met them out and about. Obviously not everyone is comfortable showing their face on here (and rightly so) but I prefer to see who I'm chatting to.
Full length pics are also good. And a cock pic. Just the one will do. Nothing worse than a profile with 10's of dick pics from all angles.
