The flashing part of this is true, based on experience at a house I used to live in. The meet and follow up is pure fantasy.
It happened virtually every morning. Same routine, same time. At 7 am, a female neighbour, whose garden backed on to mine, used to dress on front of her bedroom window with the curtains open. All that could be seen was from the waist up.
The first time it happened I noticed by accident. I was sitting in my kitchen, alone, eating breakfast, when out of the corner of my eye I saw a light come on. When I looked up I saw the shape of a female neighbour dressing in front of her window. My garden was quite long, as was hers, so houses were about 60 metres apart. So view was limited.
I assumed it was not done in an exhibitionist way, as she did not pose or do anything provocative or sexually teasing. She simply undressed til naked in front of her window , then still in front of window dressed and then left. Two minutes maximum.
It wasn’t a neighbour I knew, as our houses were on separate streets. It didn’t happen the next day, but the filling day exactly the same happened. Whether she could see me at the window watching, I had no idea. I made no attempt to hide the fact that I was standing at the kitchen window.
Over the next couple of weeks it happened at least every other day. From what I could see she looked slim, 30-40s, with nice form boobs. I was curious to Know if she was doing it delivering the hope that someone was watching. I hatched a plan ....

When I was a teen a woman in the flats over the road would get dried after her bath/ shower in her living room with the curtains open 7:30 every night , I think that had a big influence in my voyeurustic tendencies |
