She walked into the hotel lobby bar wearing a figure hugging red dress and heels. As she made her way to the bar she could feel all eyes upon her and this gave her quite a thrill. She ordered a drink from a flirty attractive bartender and then took a seat at an empty table in the middle of the room.
She had only taken a sip before she was approached. A tall, muscular European man, dressed in a well fitting suit and immaculately groomed introduced himself.
"Hello, my name is Ricardo" he said, "I couldn't help but notice you sitting alone, would you like a little company?" He was devilishly handsome and had a look of authority about him but without the edge. Perhaps a man of power and wealth she thought. He gave her a smile as he waited for her reply and it almost made her fall over her words. "Yes, that would be lovely, Please sit down" she said. She told her new companion that her name was Yvette and that she was supposed to meet her fiance at this hotel, however, when she arrived she had gotten a call to say that he had been called into work and would be unable to join her.
"I'm sorry to hear that Yvette" said Ricardo, "At least you don't have to spend the evening alone". She looked at him for a second, wondering if his comment meant more than it should, before replying "What a gentleman you are not to leave a lady on her lonesome".
They continued to talk and flirt lightly and Yvette was transfixed by Ricardo's unwavering gaze upon her. His eyes were electric blue and they dazzled her, he had a slight Portuguese accent and his voice was deep but soothing. It made the hairs on her body stand up and she felt she could listen to it forever. About 2 hours passed and it was now around 11pm and Yvette felt like she was ready to leave the bar. She had drank more than she normally would and was feeling rather tipsy. "It has been wonderful to talk to you" she said, "and you have been such a gentleman to keep me company tonight, but I'm afraid now I must retire to my room".
Ricardo had enjoyed her company too and was very attracted to Yvette, particularly because of her beautiful eyes and lush lips and he was sure she had flirted with him just as much as he had with her. It was time to make his move he thought.
