Meeting Sasha initially was definitely more luck than judgement!

Yes I replied, none of these with me are mine, I simply borrow them for a few hours and return them to their rightful owner.

I’ve heard that line a lot, the majority of the time the phone never rings however.

The morning came.
I’d had very little sleep, my imagination was running wild. Should it have been? Was there really anything in it?
I got up, showered and made sure that I was looking as good as possible. Well, as good as someone who spends the day being battered by wind and rain could.
I sat eating breakfast enjoying a coffee, suddenly a text on my phone.

I got in the van, popped the postcode into google maps and away I went.
Arriving at Sasha’s house, my jaw dropped. What an amazing place. Sasha had been converting a very old derelict Farm. What a transformation, it was stunning. Sasha came walking back through from the kitchen. The smile and look in her eyes means she knew I had been looking at her arse.

The walk finished, I made sure Pups was washed and dried before popping her back in the van.
I sat for only a few minutes thinking about what happens next. It felt like hours, time passed so slowly.
I typed the text. “I’m now leaving, if it’s OK, I’ll have a coffee with milk and 1 sugar please”
No sooner had I started the ignition, just about to pop the van into reverse, a reply. “Just 1 sugar? You think you’re sweet enough already hey”

I walked into the kitchen. It was huge, a breakfast bar, an island, double sink. Wow I said to Sasha, this is impressive!

Completing the downstairs, we moved into the conservatory. Walking in a cool, fresh blast of air hit me. Looking out over the Cornish countryside with some of the most spectacular and dare I say almost romantic views I’ve ever seen in Cornwall.

We started with what she called the smaller of the bedrooms. Rooms 6&5 were still a decent size.
Certainly not a box room but what I’d consider would make a decent office space if needed working from home.
The decor was lovely, again very classy and posh, just like Sasha.
We moved onto bedroom 4, this is where you could see the size of the house really starting to show. It was a big double bedroom, some nice built in wardrobes and the view.... wow. Sasha walked over to the window, placed her hands on the window ledge and leaned slightly forward.
