I flirted with Ellie quite a bit after the night out and I could feel the sexual tension between us.
One lunch time when it was just us there I hinted that our kinky chat at the party may happen soon.
I needed to know if she wanted to be part of it. Over a coffee I took a chance and eventually asked her.
"I think we both enjoy sexy fun, don't we? If your concerned about discretion I can assure you I am 100 per cent discreet and it would be our private fun."
Ellie fiddled with her pen, as I was praying for the phone not to ring.
"I'm not sure, but I really want to at the same time," she said timidly.
"It's something I really want to try, but I've got to really trust you."
There was a big cheeky smile on my face as I reassured her.
"We are all adults, nothing ventured, nothing gained.And it would be when the office is closed."
Just then the phone rang and Ellie took a deep breath and answered.
The following days at work were fun and Ellie was not to know when this was to happen.
One of the landlord's, who I knew from visiting a club before is a strong character, about 6ft 2", nice looking, physically fit with dark hair and always smartly dressed.
Ellie had made a few mistakes on the rental on one of his properties on a Friday morning and he asked me to get her to phone him back.
I called Ellie into the office and gave her a row for upsetting him, she never said word just took the reprimand.
"The least you can do now Ellie is return his call and explain, and you had better be apologetic, " I said sternly.
As I shut the door, "You can use my phone to explain."
She dialled his mobile number. "Oh hello Mr James it's Ellie here, are you okay to discuss your property?
He obviously told her how displeased he was as Ellie blushed and listened to her telling off.
"I'm so sorry Mr James, I should have done things correctly. I'm just so so sorry for all of this."
Then he must of been telling her what we'd discussed.
"It's not good enough is it? I expected more from a professional employee. I'm coming to your office after work at 6.30pm tonight to see you in person with your boss."
I could see Ellie fidgeting now and accepting his demands.
She was wearing above the knee length cream skirt, black partially see through blouse, frilly around the neck, heels and either tights or stockings.
"I understand Mr James I never meant not to cause offence, I'll be at the office still at that time, thank you for listening to my explanation."
It was 4pm when she put the phone down, and I told her to go back to her desk and I'll call for her when Mr James arrives....
