Me and the missus had a busy day ...what with the house renovations going up along with scaffolding out the front so we decided it was time to go to bed.
The house had been a busy house with various builders etc in and out all day.. so early night was needed.
With it being the hottest July in history we had the fan on both slept with not much on and left the windows pretty much wide open.. |

As I was laying there trying to drift off to sleep with this heat I was thinking how well the day went... with the banter from the builders and how well the house was coming along.
Funny how some decent weather had good banter mate a day so much better.
As I was just drifting off I remembered one of the scaffold guys... big lad he was...spent most of his day in grey shorts and no top .. I guess he was topping up his tan....and from a mans point of view he was in good shape.
Then as I lay there some more I remember the comment he made to me and my lady “what a good looking couple” he said with a wink at me...
I was took back but said thankyou... with a bit of a gulp... “why the wink” I asked myself.. |
