Have been doing this for a while and love it. You need to be super attentive to hygiene to avoid a UTI and use sterile lube and let gravity to slide it in. Start with a small sound and then work upwards.
Currently have a hollow sound which is great to either wee or cum through.

Have yet to find a lady who would use a sound on me or let me do it to her |

Have done it in the past and enjoyed it. Love honey do a silicone one, which is good to start with. And agree that hygiene and sterile lube is very important |

Totally agree hygiene and sterile lube and more lube, but ribbed sounds from love honey are my fav  |
