Have an honest and frank discussion with her about fantasies, I guess pegging is no different to anything that's not vanilla, be sensitive to the lady's needs as well as putting across your desires. Most of the women I've ever slept with have gone along with some of the out there things I have enjoyed because I didn't pressure them. Maybe bring the concept up in conversation at one of those times you're talking about the things that turn you on. If she absolutely loathes the idea then don't pressure her, don't make it so that she doesn't care about your needs or desires.
