So you're looking for some sexy role play rather than a medical sub/dom scenario.
Well, your nurse could run a series of tests on you to find out how responsive you are to her charms.
You come in and she asks you to undress and lie down. If you have a stethoscope she could check your heart rate, (or your pulse if you don't have a stethoscope) then measure your unerect cock. She makes a note on a form.
The heart rate and erection are measured at periodic intervals after she has performed her tests such as kissing you, playing with your nipples, watching her masturbate etc. Finally she could collect a semen sample 
Decide together what tests she should perform so that if she comes up with anything you rally wouldn't like you can say. For example, given what you've said, you probably wouldn't enjoy it if she did a prostate check

Depending how heavily you get into it you could have a safety word. Once one of you says the safety word you come out of the roleplay, otherwise you stay in character. However that is heading more into sub/dom territory. |
