Will was in his late fifties, though he had only a little grey in his long hair and kept himself in pretty good shape you would have guessed that he was in his mid to late forties at a push.
He wasn't what could be considered tech savvy but he knew how to use search engines and was on a few social media pages relevant to his hobby, which was model making. Mostly planes and ships but it wasn't unheard of for him to put together a car or spaceship and paint them up before photographing them and posting them online.
He lived alone, his two daughters had moved out when his wife divorced him. This left him with a moderate sized home in a little cul-de-sac that had some decent privicy thanks to high hedges and more incoming than outgoing in terms of money.
However he was lonely and the house felt... Empty.
So he found himself on the computer posting an advert for a lodger.
He'd already decided that his eldest daughter wouldn't be returning, she was married now and had a family of her own to deal with. Which meant her room could be let out for a modest fee.
He'd done his research, fitted a lock to the room door and had a downloaded letting contract already printed out.
He'd even created an email account just for the letting advert he'd placed.
After a couple of days he'd only had a few half hearted queries, he'd been polite with the replies though.
And then as the month came to an end he received an email that would perhaps change his life forever.
"Mr W.Scott" it started "I would like to enquire about the room you have available for rent. Firstly, is it still available?" it continued.
He carried on reading, the email wasn't long but it was concise in how it asked questions and how it explained the situation.
"My sister is in need of a new home, our parents do not agree with her lifestyle, and as such I turn to you. She isn't a drug user, drinks no more than anyone else and has no adverse habits or past times. However she and father have had disagreements and so she must move out. As I do not live at home, only renting in a house share myself, I am unable to help her beyond this."
Will was intregued, he couldn't understand how any parent could put their child out on the streets.
He wrote a brief reply stating that the room is indeed still available and that she should contact himself to arrange a viewing at her earliest convenience.
Within half an hour he received a new email, this time from the girl herself.
"Mr Scott, thank you for speaking with my brother, Jeremy, and for offering me the opportunity of a viewing of the room. I am available tomorrow evening at eight, due to work I am unable to come by earlier. I apologise if this is to late to arrange. Jenny"
Jenny had included her phone number and he saw it as an invitation to call her directly.
The phone rang six times before it was answered. Music blared for a moment, a local radio station that he knew well, before it was silenced and a breathy voice spoke.
"Hello? This is Jenny.."
"Jenny, it's Will, Will Scott. I just received your email about the room for rent.."
There was the ring of understanding in her voice.
"Oh, hi. Hiya!" her accent was local, the soft twang of it something he'd heard all his life and even carried himself, proudly so.
"Just calling to say that tomorrow at eight is fine. Has your brother told you about the fees?"
"All rent paid a month in advance, two months deposit incase I bolt, and there's no contract fee?"
He laughed as she rattled off the basic details.
"Got it in one. Come by tomorrow evening and we can see if it's for you.."
"Wow that's great thank you, I'll still be in my work wear if that's OK"
"Not a problem at all. I'll see you tomorrow Jenny" he didn't even question what she done for work, the fact that she was employed was a good start.
"OK Mr Scott, till tomorrow!" she was practically giggly when she hung up.
The following day he got home from work at three o'clock and gave the place a little tidy up, he wasn't nervous but the thought of having someone in the house again lifted him up a bit.
And then at just before eight pm the doorbell rang, he walked down the hallway, opened the front door into a small porch and opened the outer door to his prospective new lodger.
Jenny looked around nineteen, maybe twenty. And that was only because of the amount of makeup she wore.
Her hair was tight blonde ringlets that framed her face.
Will found that he was looking down at her, her long coat covering what ever her work uniform was. She stood no more than four foot nine, she was dwarfed by his six two. And he could tell, even with the long coat, that she was slightly framed. Thin faced, thin shoulders..
"Uh.. Mr Scott?" she questioned looking up at him.
He extended a hand.
"Please, call me Will.."
Her hand was smooth, small, her nails perfectly painted a dark red.
The shake was more powerful than he'd have given her credit for.
"Please, come on in. Would you like a cup of tea or coffee?"
"A coffee would be very welcome thank you.."
She followed him in, slipping off her trainers and leaving them in the porch before closing the door.
As her fishnet clad soles touched the deep thick fabric of the hall carpet she let out a soft, almost sexual, sigh.
Will didn't comment, just led her through to the kitchen, which itself opened into the dining room set in the spacious conservatory.
"How do you like it" Will asked as he set out two mugs.
"Strong, sweet and white please" she practically purred with a smile and sat on a stool on the opposite side of the kitchen counter from where will was making coffee.
"So, what do you do for work" he asked as he handed her her coffee.
She was still in her long coat he noted.
"Promise you won't laugh Mr Scott?"
"That depends, are you a clown?" his mouth formed a light smile.
She stood up, sliding off the stool and undone the belt on the front of her coat, shrugging it from her shoulders and letting it drop down to the floor around her feet.
Wills jaw dropped.
Her slight frame and B cup breasts were encased in body tight rubber. Black and shiny. White detailing around the seams.
From her neck down to her crotch, a simple leotard.
"I'm a Dominatrix." she smiled.
