Just go up a size at a time, the first time I got mind done I went up a size then 8/9 weeks later another size ,,,,,, bad move it migrated out so 6 months later I got it done again but waited longer before I change the size.
I'm now at a 3.6mm and happy with the way it feels. |

These forums are a joke sometimes, 90% of people post badly spelt topics and then get pissed off it's pointed out - for god's sake, please use a spell checker!!!! |

Yep I took mine a size up and it migrated out to one side. It's a couple of sizes further up now, and getting there - nice and round again anyway... I'll be happy when it settles and doesn't feel so tender after a sesh.
3.6mm sounds close to the 4mm size another guy told me was comfy.

They are the same word, meaning the same thing but spelled/spelt differently.
