indeed, who'd want to go to some of those public lavs.
However, I once read a suggestion where someone was taken to a secluded carpark and told to wank off in front of a CCTV camera.
I suppose you'd have to be quick about it before the security guard came along for some un-intended time in a cage and/or handcuffs (but hey, you might like being locked up  )
