I’ve been enjoying this heatwave like most on here for probably the same reasons. However, yesterday took an unexpected turn. I’m in a semi detached with the usual fence between the two houses, I’ve been there about 10 years now. My neighbours are in their late 30’s, really nice couple though he spends weeks at a time working away. I’ve always chatted over the fence with the wife and have always found her a very quiet, pleasant but private and even ‘innocent’ type of person.
Last evening the heat was oppressive, I went and sat out back with a beer to cool off, I hear her say “hello” to me which I replied to, then she continued to chat so I stood up to make eye contact as we talked. My jaw almost dropped when I saw her, she was standing leaned against the doorway, arms crossed casually behind her back, in a short (and I mean really short) red silk negligee! Her nipples were clearly pressing against the material. We spoke for about 20 mins and in that time she didn’t make any attempt to cover up or change her position. I’m really confused now because I know her husband is away at the moment, and she is usually very meek... was she sending signals or am I just reading something into it that wasn’t there? |

Update....
There’s been no sign of life all day next door, bit disappointing. Then after I’d eaten I took my coffee outside to enjoy and saw that their kitchen door (which faces mine) was wide open. Still no sign of life but then she appeared in the kitchen, in a sheer negligee, saw me, smiled and disappeared again.
Moments later she appeared again but minus the negligee, she stood inside the kitchen leaning against the worktop, in a small white camisole top unfastened and white panties with lace sides. She didn’t speak, just stood there looking towards me and smiling. I’m not certain but I swear I caught a glimpse of darkened nipple as she rested her fingers inside her panties. Then just as quickly she disappeared again, I waited for another 2 or 3 mins but she didn’t come back. I went back in and then realised her husbands car was parked outside now. I’m now thinking that this might just be her enjoying teasing me and nothing will actually happen physically... but if that’s so I’m still more than happy to continue!! |

I was thinking the same, have to be careful though her husband would dwarf Mark ‘the beast’ off The Chase lol
Think I’m happy to let her progress it and not risk muddying the waters so to speak |

"I think you at least should compliment her on how she looks etc. If you continue to say nothing she will assume you are not interested and that will be that. "
If you don't show any reaction she'll think you aren't interested, she knows you've seen her dressed like this at least say something, even if it's just about not wearing much in hot weather and how relaxed she looked.
