Recent fantasy I've had for 8 people 4 men and 4 women (mix of singles/couples) meet at a very nice hotel at the bar. Men in smart suits women in sexy dresses. We all share a few bottles of wine flirt and chat in the gaze of everyone.
We then put the hotel room keycards in 2 bowls. The women one by one pick a card first and go to find their rooms and wait a couple of minutes alone. Then the men pick their cards and go to their rooms......... |

Put a post-it note/masking tape on each of the keys with the room number on it.
OP, this sounds like a fantastic idea. And I understood what you meant in your first post. |

The trouble with 2 bowls and all change is that with only 4 couples it's possible that a couple from say room C drops their cards into the bowls and the wife picks up a replacement card for say room B but when it's the male's turn he also picks up card B and gets all excited to then find.... his own wife!
Also, I find that women tend to prefer to be in their own surroundings. So even in a hotel room they would have their own clothes and toys around them. So if the women stayed in their own room then as long as the men take a different card they will always meet a stranger. |

I’d say there would be a lot of takers for this idea! Meeting socially in the hotel bar, not knowing who your gonna meet, flirting over a couple of drinks, and then the expectation of who’s behind the door as you unlock to go in.... heightens the excitement. Agree women would feel safer and comfortable in their own surroundings!

Not for me no. The guys put their car keys in the bowl, lady picks out a set, the man steps forward, looks into her eyes, takes her hand ‘this way sexy’ takes her to the room, the sexual tension between them on the way will be immense.

I don’t like the idea of the woman waiting for the man in the room. It’s submissive, something I’m not so it would not suit me at all. |

I'm not submissive either, but I don't see it that way.
As much as I like this idea, I could not do this with a bunch of strangers, I would have to know and trust all the men involved.
