Great thread, we have a lady at work who is the PA to the CEO and she wears them, mid-40's and very classy looking.
Hopefully with the autumn coming the ladies will treat us with more lovely sights, especially when teamed with boots. I was 15 years old the last time I wore tights
And was just for comfort in them days and still is to a certain extent as tights are just so stuffy
And it was not until I got my first proper boyfriend that I found out what stockings do to you guys
I was very innocent in those days

Always wear hold ups under a skirt or dress for work. I find it very empowering , makes me feel good...also I love to tease hubby, am i wearing for him or another's pleasure .Stockings are ok but the straps can show, not always that advisable in a office full of men...
