Bacterial or yeast infection at worst but STIs do not spontaneously generate and would need to passed onto the dildo for any chance but as was both clean there was no risk here |

Unless she'd had a test extremely recently and religiously cleaned her sex toys after every use, which she obviously doesn't because she's left them grubby at your place after breaking up with you, then risks are still there...
