I'm no expert but dogging is very hit and miss, more so if you are straight and only interested in women. But I don't understand guys who just sit in their cars and seemingly do nothing. You need to be lucky and be in the right place at the right time and I've had a few awesome experiences in recent weeks with couples, TVs (see verification) and guys.
