So a friend of a friend oferred to help me out with some jobs around the house, I was a bit short of cash so he was doing it cash in hand as a favour. He arrived, i made a brew and I went through the different jobs I needed doing explaining that if I could help out to keep the cost down then that would be great. I seriously advertised this on another site that has 'lists' and got a couple of positive replies from localish ladies.
All was going well as we exchanged messages about what needed doing and that payment would be 'in-kind'.
It was all very flirty up to the week of arranging the visit . . . .
I'd been totally led up the garden path, they disappeared, no more replies, nothing !
Shame and their loss because they'd actually have got some quality free work done.

I'll have to keep an eye on this one and see how far it goes as you both work through your list of jobs ... might have to extend the deadline abit though as each jobs going to take longer  |
