I have been into flashing and outdoor fun since I was 14, my dad always reminds me I saw next door neighbour hanging her washing out naked when I was only about 5/6 so I'm guessing it stems from that.
I have many true stories

The trouble with flashing is of course that you have simply no way to judge in advance how the person being flashed is likely to react.
Whether we like it or not there is a certain tolerance in society for women showing off their body. The better looking they are the more tolerance. Just look at how movie stars dress for the red carpet!
Guys flashing their bits however....
I would report it immediately to the police - even if the flasher was dressed as a women. No hesitation. |
