I find it very difficult...
Managed 6hrs a few times, usual limit between 3-4 hrs.
Need to have a good colonic before hand to make sure nothing is present inside.
Sensible sized plug with good wide base or better still a harness to keep it in place.
Makes me incredibly horny...
