Gym today

Hi all,

I've not been active (fitness wise) for a while due to knee operation.

And i've joined my local gym, which i went to at 9am this morning.

Around 11am i went to the Gents toilets i was expecting to see just toilets.

And 1 guy was getting changed from his shower & was totally nude but had a nice body and a nice endowed cock

and another older man was in the shower & from what i could tell was all their still!

at this point i couldnt stop looking!! and felt arkward.

while at work today i was thinking why was i!?

So tomorrow im going to try and face my arkwardness and shower nude and just get changed like the guys today!

Thought id share any insight would be nice!

Best insight I could offer is that I find it is often a good idea to take my clothes off when having a shower.

Indeed thats best

but some people leave their swimming shots on and get changed in the cubicals
