Could we just include in the fantasy that I do know what I'm doing in reference to checking the gas system and I promise not to blow us up. I'm not gas system certified but I stayed at a holiday inn express last night. Lol

The amount of tradesmen on this thread we shd start a nationwide DIY FabTraders company. to be Paid in kind no VAT

I need a boilerman. Arial man. Pvc dble glazing repair man. Electrician. Window cleaner. Gardener and masseur to relax me after ive paid out for wirks carried out haha

I went to a job was under quoted by polish by 200 . They charged 700 to plaster a toilet fit new sanitary ware , skirting boards , floor door and Frame

I was out two days after as they didn't plumb toiler in properly and they couldn't join pipe properly after damaging it . That was 150 to sort that out

Now it seems when they did floor they damaged soil stack in concrete floor and have sewerage leaking which is being soaked up by plaster

I have no idea how much it will cost but at least £100 call out charge

Sometimes stuff done on cheap is not the best way

The gas engineer came to my house to carry out the annual service. I have to admit when the engineer bent over and I saw the outline of a pair of skimpy pants I felt instantly aroused. My hand was visibly shaking as I offered a coffee and some biscuits.
