Yes I go out often wearing a flimsy black ra ra skirt or micro mini pleated kilts if windy. I love teasing. I went out last night and it was windy. I walked past one guy and a gust blew my skirt up reveling my blue thongs. I saw him turn round and look at me as I carried on walking and another gust of wind blew the hem up. He followed me but i was not looking for nay meets, I often just love to go out dressed sexily and be seen. Nightime meets can be risky so I tend to stay in well lit areas. |

I had thigh length (purple/black striped) socks on. I am thinking of going out tonight if it keeps dry and will wear black patterned hold up stockings and black ra ra skirt as it is very windy. So that will be anughty and I will probably wear black french knickers underneath to flash |

Was walking to a restaurant in Birmingham a while back.
Wearing a floaty satin short skirt, and as the dinner date was the preliminary to a hotel tryst, I was wearing crotchless satin French knickers underneath.
It was a very windy evening and genuinely hard to keep my skirt under control even if I'd wanted to. Our host was very understanding and said not to worry.

Mrs had a short lime green pleated skirt many years ago, that she wore with some navy M&S stockings. We were going to a meet with a chap and when she got out of the car another car passed and it blew her skirt up and revealed- well - everything. Lol |
