Anne rents a flat, and enjoys living there and has no desire to move.
One particular month Annes' car had broken down and she had to get it repaired so she could get to work. She'd also paid the remainder of her summer holiday that month.
This had left her unable to pay her rent for the month.
Anne was on good terms with Alan, her landlord. On this day he stopped by to see why he hadn't received his rent.
Anne explained the situation, to which Alan was sympathetic. Then Anne caught Alan catching a glimpse of her breasts. Alan smiled nervously, he hadn't meant to look at her breasts.
Knowing he'd been caught, Alan thought it best to compliment Annes' figure. To which she smiled and accepted his compliment.
Now pushing his luck, Alan said he had an idea as to how they could resolve the rent issue. It would involve Anne losing her clothes, and agreeing to be ravished by Alan, every time he turned up at her flat for the rest of the month. Starting now..

I rent a house to a really hot single girl and she's really flirty with me and smells fantastic. There's always underwear all over the radiators when she asks me to call round to look at a "problem". Is this a sign she wants me to examine the contents of her underwear more closely or am I being an old perv  ? |

Im hoping she's into the fit(ish) older guy type. Also think I'd prefer no rent and have a nice little arrangement but then reality kicks in and I get a slap in the face !! Ouch. |
