Dogging guidance .. 8pm is better than 8am. When choosing a car park best to use one where other doggers go, not so good to hang around ASDAs multistorey with old chap in hand.
If you find yourself in a carpark late one night with a lot of Police cars, you are probably at a police station and not a dogging site.
