I got into running over a year ago, started off with a few kilometres and then increased the distance.
I noticed that where I live there was quite a few other people out running as the quite lanes and hills allow a good variation of terrain without any traffic to dodge.
I started going out regularly on a Saturday morning and soon got to see a few familiar faces. A youngish girl in her early 20's who looked good in Lycra, two guys early 30's that were generally together and three women who were in there late 30's / early 40's
As we passed each other there was a nod and a hello and carried on our run. One saturday mid way around my route I had passed the guys and no sign of the younger girl today I saw one of the women sat on a wall. I said hello as I passed and then, stopped turned around and went back
I asked if she was ok and she said she had just twisted her ankle nothing serious but was just having a rest. I asked if she needed help she said she didn't and I went on my way.
About a week later on a Wednesday night I bumped into the same lady again (Liz) she was on her own and running the same route as me as I got along side her I asked how her ankle was and she said it was better we jogged together for a bit and had a chat she lived about half a mile from me.
As you probably know sometimes you can feel the attraction between you and we flirted a little I told her she looked good in Lycra and she said I didn't look too bad either.
As we descended a long windy road I got a bit of a stitch and told her i would stop for a minute. She stopped with me and as I leant over to get my breath she put he hand on my back and asked if I was ok
As I stood up and looked at her I felt the sudden urge to try my luck. I kissed her, she kissed back then backed away I apologised and she said it was fine.
After an awkward silence I asked if I could do it again she smiled and said sure, I'm a bit older than you though. I laughed and leant in

Yes... We met up again the following night in cars this time and had sex on the back seat of her 4x4
She said she was away for a week so would see me when she got back ...
About a week and a half later I was in the local co-op when she walked in, I was about to approach her and she shot me a look and shook her head... Right as a man in his early 50's carrying a basket walked in and joined her....
Being discreet I got what I needed and left
I didn't have her number but saw her again on the saturday morning she was waiting about a quarter of the way in and on me approaching her she kissed me and said she was sorry about the other day and that she hadn't told her husband yet!
