I have permanently hard nipples which just LOVE a lot of attention. I often go out bra-less.

I think most guys would be a little shy about groping you without permission, so either you'd need to get Ian to set things up for you, or you'd need to let the guys know it's OK to touch you.
So you need to find a venue that's pretty packed, and where most of the people are guys - maybe a city centre pub showing a big football match?
Then try and squeeze your way to the bar, and let your tits brush against one of the guys. Remember most guys are never going to believe a woman would do that deliberately, so even if he takes offence you can just claim it was an accident.
Of course, you're an attractive female who likes going braless, so there's a good chance you'll get approached in any case by a guy wanting to chat you up. Just stand very close to him, and if he'd holding a drink, let your nipples brush against his hand. Do it a couple of times, and I'm sure he'll start to stroke you back! |

it is very possible...
I once escorted a female colleague to a bar in Hoxton. She was wearing a flesh coloured tight mesh dress with just nude hold ups underneath and heels. The bar was dark and busy and once her coat was off she went about catching looks and making accidental contact with strangers. If other colleagues of ours had seen her they wouldn't have believed it was the same woman.
