Gents i seem to really be turned on by the thought of doing a traditional muslim lady in traditional clothes, the thought of them being naughty when they are so strict in terms of religion is a big turn on, does this turn on any of you guys/women |

There was a guy on fab who's wife wore full veil and dress(don't know the name of the traditional attire) who was happy for guys to meet and have fun with her while he watched, I met them once at their house but family came round before we went upstairs!!! |

No offence to the poster but I'm not interested in him so, no I wouldn't! I don't own a hijab, we don't all cover ourselves from head to toe and those that do, don't in their own homes...it's only two items, a headscarf and what I can only describe as a maxi dress! Some women don't wear owt under it!  |

As a big fan of Indian/Pakistani women I do find Muslim women very sexy! Especially with the hijab and big beautiful eyes. As for the clothes, it could be salwar/kameez skirt/blouse anything she felt comfortable in........ Definatly think Asian women look elegant in lengha's  |

Funnily enough something along those lines cropped up at a meet at the weekend. Nothing heavy, just quite funny. I made some throwaway comment and the lady we were playing with said.
You're not a catholic are you poking fun at me. It was just to do with something we were doing and the way I was describing it as naughty and I sort of went all coy and shy about something. Now I am no practising cathlolic, that's for sure but my upbringing influences the way I describe something and the way I react to situations.
Is this what you are trying to get at Sofia and Persia. Of course you can have deeply held feelings about things but we just can't help ourselves. Our upbringing influences what we say and do whether we like it or not

Because, of course, all muslim women wear burkhas or some other type of headcovering, right?
As for somebody being a 'plastic' muslim-i.e. someone isn't a muslim if they do this or that; that is a very christian-centric and eurocentric attitude. Unlike christianity, (but like judaism) islam is not so much about what you believe, but what you do, or more specifically, it is about the law.
So whereas christianity is about 'salvation through faith' (that is, you get to heaven because you believe in God), islam (along with judaism) in contrast is more about 'salvation through good works' (that is, you get to heaven through doing good things and following the law). Belief and faith aren't really relevant and are of secondary importance.
There is also the notion in islam (and again judaism), that once one becomes a muslim, one cannot stop being a muslim. You can become an alcoholic, eat nothing but pork for the rest of your life and not believe in God but absolutely none of that would have any bearing on whether you were a muslim or not. You would just be a 'bad' muslim. I myself am from a muslim family and have never considered myself or am.considered by my peers as being any less muslim because I do some things that are contrary to it. |

funny you should mention judaism as judaism is the most adhesive religion in the world (along with islam), the only real prerequisite to being jewish is either if your nother is jewish or if you convert. Which is why you have people like Woody Allen, Stephen Fry, David Baddiel etc., none of whom believe in God and some of which are pretty scathing abiut religion in general, and yet all three self-identify as jewish and would be considered even by the strictest most conservative orthodox jews to be jewish according to talmudic (jewish religious) law. |
