For me it started by washing my ex wife's feet whilst she had a soak in the bath
This led to me eventually painting her toe nails regularly
She then sent me on a foot massage course and most nights I would spend time massaging her feet usually after she had been the gym
The only times I had to kiss and lick them when she was showing off to her lover or f/buddy
