My wife and I have agreed I need to loose a stone. I've tried several things. But we've come up with a new idea. I'm banned from having any orgasms until I've reached my goal. However, the wife can still have her orgasms... and if she's feeling a little frustrated she can invite a fit friend round for a thorough thrusting while I get made to watch and endure the ridicule.... until I drop some pounds!!  |

I was in a relationship a while back and me and partner both agreed we needed to shift a few excess Christmas lbs - so a deal was struck ..... The first one to lose a stone could choose a tattoo or piercing for the other x
I lost a stone in 5 weeks and in return my slimmed down girl agreed to get her nipples pierced x |

No roasties tats with Sunday dinner. 15'8 yesterday. Target 14.10 wondering what exercise i can do around work with 4 hours on the train. Wife has a date on Wed and i have to chaperone. The shame  |

I have a man Utd top I wanna fit into again so that's my goal and as for punishment, well on a low carb diet if you carb binge it hurts a lot and I get a really bad tummy it can be debilitating |
