I have a pipe that leaks downstairs frequently when I'm on Fab. I'm worried it may soak my neighbours downstairs. I'm no expert but I think if the nuts on the pipe are tightened it may do the trick. Perhaps if you you have time to have a quick look you can pop round with some specialist plumbing tool that could help with said leakage.
