If it wasn't invited then it should be treated as assault - especially as it was in a toilet where you should have a rightful expectation of privacy.
Should have referred it straight to the Police before you left the premises!

Well if it is true then you should have put it in the advice forum. I'm afraid in here in the stories and fantasy bit we are all going to look at this very sceptically.
