Not sure why there's so much issue being took with this.
As long as due care was made when arranging who was involved. I.e. everyone involved checked before hand and all trusted, how would this be any more risky than just a couple having sex whilst pregnant?

As a previous poster said there is no way to prove all the guys are clean, you can only take thier word for it.
Afterall you are only as clean as the last person you have played with and it takes on average 3 months of non-play after a check up to be sure you are clean.
