Each to their own. Sandra has both done.
She never regretted it, but she has said that contrary to popular belief, it hasn't made them more sensitive. You can always remove them if they don't have the desired effect. |

No..they are amazing as they are and don't need enhancing - keep them natural. Nothing against nipple bars as they can be nice but personally think your wife's nips ate truely amazing and so God damn suckable as they are.

surely the real answer is whether she wants them or not. My wife has her nipples pierced and I think it's an enhancement, but it was her choice.
