I did this to a meet once, her first time being fisted. It takes patience, lots of relaxation, lube, and a sense of humour..... And a pain threshold! Worth it in the end though!

Every woman is different, nit everyone has the capacity to take a fist!! The necessities is someone you trust, lots of lube and go gently with the flow.
if done right itll feel out of this world.
