Passing the houses along millionaire row in the quiet village still stood out from the town houses I usually work in.
My old van would definitely look out of place here I thought as I pulled up to the intercom by the double gates .
I pressed the buzzer and waited
The big gates clunked and began to open

I pulled through the gates and rolled up the
drive. The gates closed behind me as I got out the van .

Call out , Friday night , midwinter .

“ that’s ok” I said “ who was it that recommended me”
“Oh an old friend from school Sara “ she said smiling at me
I looked and thought what has Sara said about me .
I looked back at the man and she had a grin on her face.
“ what has she been saying now” I said
“ oh nothing much , but your good with boilers . And I’m ffffffff feeeezxzing” she joked
“Ok !!!! lead the way to your boiler “ I said .
I checked her out as I followed her to the boiler . The big house was cold . There was a few electric heaters on but they didn’t make much heat in these big rooms with tall ceilings.
Her ass seated in her tight leggings . She was blonde , around five ft four. Great figure but the big baggy jumper she was wearing was hiding her boobs .
She showed me through the kitchen and out to a boiler room .
It was an older building but a newish boiler .
She explained what was happening and how she keeps having to top up the heating for it to work .
“I’m all alone , everyone’s gone skiing. But I’ve got to stay here and do some work . And this happens when he’s gone “ she pulled a face .
Ok let’s see if we can sort it out and get you warm “ I smile as I say it

After ten minutes and no joy I head into the house .
She’s at the kitchen island sitting on a stool
Nursing a glass of wine. She had her phone to her ear “ hold on “ she says into the phone then holds it to her breast .
I grab the cup . “ no joy , can I look at all the rooms downstairs to see if I can find a leak “
“ sure help yourself , I’ll be with you in ten minutes “
I slurp the tea and headed out to the first room .
I head around all the downstairs rooms but can’t see any leaks .
Stumped I head to the kitchen .
“ I can’t see anything obvious”I say .
She’s poured another full glass of wine the phones down on the counter .
“ what’s the next step then “
“ well you have a leak . It’s not upstairs , or it would be coming through your ceiling . There’s nothing on this floor either . So it may be in the floorboards . But there’s no physical signs of damp”
So it’s a minefield . I ask a few more questions . Then ask her “ have you got a cellar “
“Yes we have a few rooms down there” she says
“ are they heated, radiators “ I ask
She looks worried “ yes , radiators, wait here a minute “
She grabs her phone and calls someone as she goes into the hall .
I can’t hear her but she’s talking to someone .
I wonder what’s happening then she comes in .
“ here , talk to her” handing me the phone
I hold it to my ear and wonder who’s on
“Hey it’s me Sara “ I look at the woman and she turns her head away
“ hello you , what’s going on “ I reply
“ well it’s a bit sensitive , so Jeanette has asked me to talk to you “
“ okaaayyyy” I say puzzled
“ the cellar your need to go into has some personal things in , and Jeanette wants me to make sure it’s kept to yourself . No one is allowed to know what’s down there “
“Ok , I won’t say anything , I’m discrete, you know me Sara “ I say puzzled.
“ put Jeanette on “ I pass the phone back to Janette . “ hi Sara wants to chat “
Jeanette looks down and heads back into the hall with the phone .
A few moments later she comes back in .
She looks worried.
“ ok follow me , we head through a small corridor and she stops halfway at a door .
“I’m so embarrassed that you have to see this , Sara’s told you about the sensitive nature”
I nod confirming I understand |

Jeanette opened the door and turned on a light and started to descend the stairs .
I follow her . The stairs were lit up quite dimly .
The walls were brick , the stairs were brick.
We gut down to the passageway and Jeanette led me into the furthest room . She put the light in
It had a big oak door with black iron hinges and locks .
As I entered I scanned .
My jaw hit the floor
I was in a dungeon.
Jeanette’s head was down , avoiding eye contact.
I look around the room for signs of leaks
It was bone dry
Well I’ll need to move that cabinet to see where those pipes go. It was a big dresser type . As I try to move it the doors open .
“ oh fucking hell” Jeanette says as I look to see what she meant.
It was like a rack from a s&m sex shop.
Whips, crops, floggers. restraints.rope.
Leather straps , suits like a diving suit
Masks . Again my mouth was open and I gawped at the contents.
Then I start to laugh , I look at Jeanette whose face was thunder . Which made me laugh louder. Then I see her face crack a smile , then a laugh soon we’re both pudding ourselves .
“Ok I say , that’s out the way . Let’s get this thing moved so I can do my job .
We both wrestle the heavy unit away from the wall and I scan the area with a torch .
No luck there .
We shove the unit back to the wall .
I look at Jeanette “ any more rooms you’re keeping from me “
“Yes three more down here .
We go to the corridor and she reaches up to a key on a hook .
Opening another door she flicks on a light and I follow her in .
Leather benches big iron hooks on the ceiling beams . Iron hoops fixed to the floors . Chains . I was speechless . Jeanette turned to see my face .
“ fuck sake , you know what it is now . Just find that bloomin leak”
There was an old iron radiator with chains cuffs on it too .
I said “wax the last plumber tied up here”. Looking at Jeanette .
She gave me a dirty look” noooo but our nevt one might be”
we both laughed again
“ next”
She went to the next room . Another dungeon with a big iron bed . I shook my head and laughed .
” Fuckin hell this place is amazing “ I say as I get on my knees
I looked under the bed I noticed a damp patch .
Grabbing the bed I try to lift it but it’s so heavy . Jeanette stands on a lever by the leg and the bed lifts up and drips casters .
Then she does the same with each leg .
She easily moves the bed away from the wall .
There an access panel , I can see water has been coming from behind it .
“Right let me grab some tools .
You can get the kettle on again “ I say smiling |

Very good storyline, well constructed and written. There's fun in it too which is welcome and, to me at least, signals the fun to come.
Looking forward with much interest to how our hero helps poor helpless Jeanette with her interior (& perhaps her internal) plumbing??.  |

I head up stairs . Jeanette follows me .
Out to the van and return in a few mins with a bag of tools . Then it struck me .
Sara knew all about the dungeon . How the fuck!!!!!!
Jeanettes on the phone when I come in the kitchen . The mug of tea is steaming on the counter .
She Is laughing and having a chin wag with someone.
She looks at me and I see her eye me up and down .” He’s stood here now “ she giggles and says no to whoever’s on the line . “ no stop it”she says “ I’m not going to afk that “
“ Ok I’ll ring you later mwah” she sends a kiss down the line and hangs up .
“Who was that your hubby” I ask
Jeanette giggles and says “no silly that was Sara “
I start to drink my tea , looking at Jeanette supping more wine .
“So tell me , how dies Sara kn….,
“about the dungeon “ she cut me off and finished my sentance .
We’re both smiling.
“You know I’ve known her since school right” all matter of fact
“Weve been besties since then , we know everything , I mean EVERYTHING, about each other “ she says smiling@
“I nod with the biggest grin I think I’ve ever produced and the filthiest thoughts entering my head.
She shakes her head “ you men are all the same. You think with your cocks”
I nod agreeing with her .
“I’d better get to work or I’ll be here all night “
“Yes you’d better get on with it”she says ordering me in a strict but joking tone .
I head down the stairs to the leak.
Once I remove the panel the fix was relatively easy . I head up through the kitchen and out to the boiler. Refill the system and I need to fill the rads around the house .
I start downstairs moving from room to room , making sure all the radiators are full . Heading back to top up system but no sign of Jeanette .
I call out but there’s no answer.
I need to go upstairs but she’s not answering .
I decide I have to go up or else I’d be here all night.
I call out her name and begin climbing the staircase .
I head into the first bedroom to vent the rad .then the ensuite.
I think I hear a door shut downstairs but there’s no other noise and I carry on around the rooms , landing bathrooms . I head back to the boiler to top up again and head straight up to carry on . There’s a third floor too which I didn’t notice. So I head up and do those rads too. After finishing all the rads I head to the boiler and turn it on . I head back into the kitchen but still no sign of Jeanette.
I want to get home now it’s past midnight and I feel knackered .
I start calling for her . When I go back upstairs to her bedroom I notice the clothes she was wearing on the bed .
I was stumped . Not answering her name , no noise . She just disappeared.
I head back downstairs . I hear a muffled noise coming from the cellar .
What the fuck I thought .
I head down the stairs calling her name but no reply .
I open the far room and enter .
“Fuck me “ I gasp standing in the doorway . |

There’s Jeanette strapped to a hook against the wall her mouth gagged with a red rubber ball ,her legs spread and chained too. She’s wearing black corset pushing the top of her tits up ,with thigh length high heeled black boots.
Her eyes wide looking at me .
Then a hear a whoosh and see the tails of a flogger swipe across Jeanette’s upper thigh. She bites into the ballgag squealing . I peer around the door and shake my head smiling.
“ hello darling !! I wondered when you’d join us” Sara said gleefully
“ you dirty little minx” I walk up to her and grab her in my arms and kiss her . Our mouths mash together and tongues lap.
I let her go and take in the sight . She’s wearing a strappy leather harness stiletto heels and hold ups .
Sara says “ do you want a go”offering me the flogger.
I smile and say “no , let me watch you work “
I know how filthy she can be and this looked fun .
“ go and grab some drinks and bring them down , we could be here a while” Sara says smiling before unleashing three more swipes to the exposed thighs of Jeanette . More squeals fill the room
I head upstairs smiling.
I fill a tray with a selection of drinks. Then head back to the show.
When I return Jeanette is on her knees , ballgag in mouth.. Her hands held out in front and a riding crop laying across her palms.
I turn and see Sara sitting on a leather stool .
There’s another longer bench next to her .
“Your turn now” Sara says smiling. |
