Our story
Our story started in 2002. On December 17th. I returned from a holiday. Landing in Manchester, the temperature was subzero. I picked the car up and drove home. I put my bags in the house, turned the heating on and went to the pub giving the house a chance to warm up. That’s when I met Cammy. It was her birthday. She had recently split up with her husband and her friend had taken her to the pub to cheer her up. She was still wearing her work clothes but her eyes, they said “Take me to bed”. Less than a week later, after some of the best sex I had ever had we were a couple. Three weeks later she had moved in with me. 22 years on, we are married with two grown children.
2005
Sex was still amazing. We had our first child. We talked about swinging and looked on a couple of swingers websites. We came across an ad for a house party and decided to go. Fast forward 20 years
2019 I was made redundant from what was my dream job. I needed income and took a job I did not want to do . It was a job I had never done before and I struggled to do it. It did put money in our pockets and food on the table. It was hard and dirty work with horrible Management and harsh conditions. It started to affect my mental health something I’d never struggled with in my life. Cammy was so supportive and emotionally held my hand all the way through. After an awefull workplace argument I lost that job and sank to a deep depression. Cammy was there for me and a few months later life started to get a little better.
Our children were now teenagers and we had some more time for ourselves. That’s when we both decided to try the lifestyle once again. After many bedroom conversations and looking at lots of swinging websites, we joined a few. One of those sites was Fab.. After three months of looking through the various websites FAB became the one we viewed most.
We had always talks about getting married and after twenty years together we set a date and were finally married. On our wedding night a family member became seriously ill. This put a stop to any idea we had of meeting or playing. It was a very difficult and a horrible time. It was now my turn to support Cammy. About nine months passed and all of a sudden life got better again. We started to speak with a couple on Fab. We spoke on cam then had a social meet and then, an amazing intimate soft swap meet in a hotel room. This wonderful experience pushed us both forward and we decided we should try a club.
The club
We had arranged a social meet in Manchester for the Saturday night through Fab. That was cancelled. I had been looking at clubs and events on Fab and narrowed the choice down to two. We both enthusiastically agreed to try a couples only event which was being held the next evening at a local club.
Sunday
Getting ready with grown kids in the house is tricky. We said we were just going for a drink. This was true apart from the ‘just’ bit. Most of the day we spent trying to relax, lounging round, chilling. Then towards late afternoon Cammy decided it was time to get ready. She needed the bathroom to herself. The Clubs Bar
We set off early and arrived early. The club didn’t open until 8 pm so we sat in the car for half an hour. We waited until 8:15 pm.. just to make sure we would not be alone. We got out of the car and took the short, very nervous walk towards the entrance. No backing out now. We rang the bell, behind us another couple had appeared and they now blocked any chance of our escape. We entered and paid the entrance fee then went up the stairs to the bar. We got drinks and sat down waiting there nervously watching others come and go whilst talking to each other for an hour.

Do we want anyone to talk to us”?”Shall we leave”?
Our nerves had now got the better of us.
Just then the couple who had been behind us at the door and were now stood facing us started to chat. we told them that it was our first time and we were leaving. They convinced us to stay, dress down and take a look around the club ourselves. That one small conversation changed everything. Without their intervention I doubt we would have ever visited a club again. We went to the changing room and nervously undressed. A young woman walked in wearing a towel . I asked her where we should go. She told us she worked at the club and gave us a tour. This gave us both a little more confidence. Back in the changing rooms the couple from the door were now dressing down. We entered the wet area and all got into the pool which already had another three couples in. Ten minutes later we were off to the couples room. We opened the door to an empty room.
One thing I remember from being shown around was this room had a voyeur room connected by a glass window. I discovered I had a thing about being watched. Two days later
We had analysed all that had happened. From the rollercoaster of nervous emotions, the fears, the highs and the lows. We had both enjoyed our experience and both wanted to try it again knowing the initial apprehension was now forever gone. This discussion now offered us so many more questions.
We had both agreed we wanted to do it again the new question was: do what again? We were now questioning our boundaries…
An unexpected surprise!
Whilst we were sat in the bar worrying and still considering whether to leave I noticed a couple as they walked past. They looked nice but took a seat further away from in the room. As we were bring given a tour this couple said hello. We didn’t see them again. A few days later we received a lovely message on Fab. It was from this couple. We chatted via messages and have arranged to meet back at the club next week.

We have always had a great sex life but at home there are so many things that restrict what you actually do (or don’t do). We often find ourselves being quiet so the kids don't hear. We have had the kids walk in on us. Recently we had the house to ourselves. In bed with no one else in the house. Cammy started to make a few moans and sexy groans… the dog started to bark
In a club you can use the facilities for yourselves. You can get a lockable private room or use the couples room. Honestly, it’s the best thing we have done as a couple.
