I’m a property manager and so have to do regular property inspections. It’s crazy the amount you see and hear in this job. The number of times you’ll book a property inspection and the wife will just happen to be coming out of the shower when you arrive at the scheduled time, or wearing revealing clothing or lingerie. Once went to a property of a single tenant and she just happened to have left 5 vibrators laid out on her bed. I hear stories of neighbours having noisy sex and window flashing. Our tradies definitely get the most fun- they get propositioned more than you’d think and know some that have shagged on a job. Our negotiators are flirted with and get DM’d as well. If you want to work in a naughty industry, property isn’t a bad way to go |
