I have my shield of diversity and spear of justice at the ready for this one so here goes....
Nearly all my life l have suffered from debilitating horrid dreams ,some repeating over a few nites, they are so realistic l sometimes wake up with the room trashed, l used to sleepwalk alot in my teens.
There is lots of stuff on the net about this. If l try to wake up calmly l usual can remember what was in the nightmare, try to understand their meaning. The dreams are so realistic l could write them down , but it would not be easy reading. Do others try to rationise their dreams? Some of the fantasies and stories on here seem so realistic. |

Do you suffer with sleep apnea? I have a friend who also has extremely violent and disturbing dreams which in turn makes him so so tired in the day. He's currently going through the medical system and is regularly having his sleep monitored to see if they can find the source

I am aware of sleep apnea and cpap,so thanks alot for your concern , l usually get enough sleep, recently retired, l think if l can rationise the nitemares they might calm down , not all the dreams are horrific ,but the nice ones are few n far between. Maybe if l can recall the nice ones l will share them here |
