So back in my teens i had an older friend that was good with computers ect. I had an issue with my laptop and asked him If he could fix it.

He responded “bet!” Now in out friend group If you say something stupid and someone says “bet” you either have to do said action or pay a fine (typically you pay the persons drink for the next night out all night).
I responded saying “really?” And got a “yep will drop them both off and you can pick but it is that or I am not going” I stupidly responded saying “might as well go one each day” response “bet”
“F*ck you and the horse you rode in on! Fine drop them off tomorrow at mine then when your passing leave them somewhere safe”
