Part 2
We stood in Mrs Redbottoms office, in a line with our hands behind our backs as told.
She told us in no uncertain term the seriousness of our action.
She said, “This is a sackable offence”.
She said, “ On this occasion, I am willing to offer you a choice. Whichever way you decide, I can assure you it will not go any further.
Wendy asked what the ‘choice’ was.
Apart from sacking, I offer you the option to accept a ‘positive correction’ from me. What I mean by this, is that you accept to receive a sound discipline as correction for your actions. If you accept this, you can keep your job and it will go no further.
I had only just started the job and it was very important for me to continue with the job, so I accepted her offer.
Wendy was reluctant but being married and in need of her job, she accepted as well.
Kathy argued that is was only an innocent bystander. Mrs Redbottom told her to be quiet and reminded her that she enjoyed the incident and did nothing to stop it.
Mrs Redbottom said, Right, you have all accepted to receive corrective discipline. I hope you understand that the discipline will be administered on bare bottoms, so I will start with you, Kathy. Take your knickers off, raise your skirt and bend over my table. I want you to rest your head and arms on the table and open your legs a foot wide.
Kathy, very reluctantly and slowly did what she was told. Mrs. Redbottom when over to the table and pushed Kathy flat on the table and said, ‘stay just like that and relax’., this is for you own good.
Meanwhile, Ayaan (that’s what she called me), take your jeans and pants off, and you Wendy, take your knickers off. Then stand in line with your hands behind your backs, I will be dealing with you two next.
She walked over to the far end of the office, opened a locked cupboard door and from the bottom shelf, behind various other stuff, removed a long and narrow aluminium case. She brought it over to the table and opened it up. She lifted a long leather strap, that looked like an old Scottish paddle tawse, about 1/2” thick, 2” wide and 18” long. She flicked it in the air to check and muttered, I knew this would be handy one day!
From the same case she removed a small bottle of oil and rubbed it on the leather tawse with an old rag. Then flicked it in the air a few times.
She walked over to Kathy, and felt her bare bottom with her hand. Kathy was reasonably large woman with a fine bottom, a bottom that stood out. Wendy and myself were standing directly behind her about ten feet away. We could just about see her labia minora.
Mrs. Redbottom gently flicked her leather strap onto Kathy’s leg and said, “open wide”.
She positioned herself ready to administer the leather strap. She said, “I don’t want to hear a peep from you and you better not be wet after the strap” I am going to give you six of the best and two for warmup.
She raised her hand and the first stroked landed right at the centre of Kathy’s two bottom cheeks. Kathy couldn’t help but scream out loud.
We could tell Mrs. Redbottom was really enjoying this. The gleam on her face said it all!
