i've worn a cage a lot for the last 5 years and not noticed a difference overall in terms of size.
There are a few things to note though, after wearing a cage non stop for a few months, there will be a temporary shrinkage, this passes quickly post release and normal use. About a week for me.

I’ve been in Chasity for best part of 5yrs also now and have found that over that time I’ve moved to smaller and smaller cages and have found I have shrunk in size. Given comments above there is no definitive as to whether it will change anything or not.
What I have found is that the sensitivity levels are very much increased and when I do get some relief the odd time I am unlocked (other than for cleaning and shaving smooth) I cum very quickly without an ability to control myself. |

Have chastity for platimes only, not fully locked. But i love the feeling of having a tight cage around me. Even after a couples hours caged, been turned on and edged. When unlocked i fully return to my full size.
I think long periods combined with hrt etc, would lead to shrinkage. |

Been experimenting with chastity for a long time. Longest locked was three months with a weekly unlocking for maintenance. No difference in size.
